This Tool Puts Your Message Inside The Room Where It Happens

Spatial targeting is the most advanced form of influencer targeting yet. It puts your message directly inside the room where key decisions get made, and it does so without the expensive fixed costs of other influencer targeting tools.

Since we launched influencer targeting a few months ago, the interest has been enormous, and we've already deployed it to dozens of key targets. In today's short read, we summarize how spatial targeting works, and show you some of our favorite use cases to date.

The Step-by-Step Process of Spatial Targeting

  1. We capture the decision-maker's mobile I.D.
  2. We track that mobile I.D. wherever it goes.
  3. We capture the other mobile I.D.s who the decision-maker comes in close proximity to.
  4. We adjust for the following factors:
🔱  Proximity: How physically close the other person is to the decision-maker.
🔱  Frequency: How often the other person comes in contact with the decision-maker.
🔱  Duration: How long the other person is in close proximity to the decision-maker.
🔱  Recency: How recently the other person has been in proximity to the decision-maker.

Our Favorite Use Cases To Date

When you're trying to reach high-profile targets, spatial targeting excels at capturing their true inner sanctum. This includes key staff, political advisers, golfing buddies, family, friends, key donors, and other people who the decision-maker interacts with the most.

Here's a few of the targets who we have successfully deployed spatial targeting to already:

🔱  The President

🔱  The White House Chief of Staff

🔱  The White House Deputy Chief of Staff

🔱  A Cabinet Secretary

🔱  An agency head

🔱  Numerous U.S. Senators

🔱  Numerous Members of Congress

🔱  Several key congressional staff

🔱  The head of a major sports franchise

But spatial targeting is also an ideal tool for low-profile decision-makers such as municipal officials, who there is often little data on regarding who their influencers are. Spatial targeting takes the guesswork out and finds the people who the decision-maker interacts with the most.

Spatial targeting is another example of how AI is transforming public affairs. It can be used for any target, and at prices that make it much more accessible than other influencer targeting tools.
